Terms of Use
Welcome to GraiLogic (grailogic.com, the "Site"), an independent editorial project operated from Hungary (see our Public Beta Status page for details on the project’s current operating status). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What GraiLogic is — and is not
GraiLogic publishes reviews, comparisons, rankings, and investigative reporting about AI tools for video creators. All content on the Site is editorial and informational:
- Scores, verdicts, "best of" designations, and Watchlist/Blacklist entries are our editorial opinions, based on the evidence and methodology described on our Methodology page and, for investigations, our Complaints & Investigations Policy.
- Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Decisions about purchasing, licensing, or commercially using any tool are yours alone.
- Third-party tools change frequently. Pricing, features, licensing terms, and availability described on the Site reflect the verification dates shown on each page and may be outdated at any time. Always confirm current terms on the vendor’s official pages before purchasing.
2. Affiliate relationships
Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine scores, rankings, or investigative findings. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
3. Third-party tools and links
The Site links to and describes products and services operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, licensing terms, data practices, or performance. Your use of any third-party tool is governed solely by that vendor’s own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s content — text, structure, scoring data, graphics, and design — is owned by the Site operator and protected by copyright and related rights. You may:
- read, link to, and share links to our pages freely, and
- quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.
You may not, without prior written permission: reproduce substantial portions of the Site; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract our content or data (including for training machine-learning models); republish our reviews or scores as your own; or use our name or branding to imply endorsement.
Trademarks and product names of third-party tools referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; references are for identification and review purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
5. User submissions
If you send us tips, complaints, corrections, or other material (e.g., to investigations@grailogic.com):
- you confirm the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it;
- you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, quote, summarize, and publish it in connection with our reporting, in accordance with our Complaints & Investigations Policy (we do not publish complainants’ identities without permission);
- you understand that submission does not guarantee investigation or publication, and that no compensation is owed for submissions.
Do not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, confidential without authorization, or that infringes another party’s rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with the operation or security of the Site; attempt unauthorized access; use automated means to access the Site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing; or use the Site to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is current at the moment you read it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers under Hungarian and EU law.
9. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your habitual residence within the EU. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Hungarian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
